First you need to find which boards are group board by looking at boards with the small people icon just below the board name. These are group boards. Next you can click the board and browse the board.

In general, there are a few ways where you can join the group board and it depends on each of the owners’ specific instructions:

1. You may have exact instruction on how to join from the board description located at top of the page.

2. Some owners just said that to join, you can comment on any one of the pins that you want to join.

3. Some owners would like you to go to their main Pinterest Profile and look for a special Message Me board and post your wishes there.

How to go to the group board owner main Pinterest Profile? The owner of any group board can be located by looking at the top section of the board page where you can see a row of small squares with picture of Pinterest profile owners. The first icon on the left is the owner of this group board. Click the icon, and you will be at the owner page.

Once you have added your intention of joining the group board, the owner would likely be responding to your request.

How To Add Contributor To Pinterest Group Board

How would the group board owner add you to the group board? The owner would access the board’s Edit Board tab. The steps are as follows:

>>Click Edit Board button on top of the page

>> look for the 4th item: Who Can Pin?

>> Add pinner’s username : Mooxxxxxxx

>> Type in Mooxxxxxxx

>>Click Invite
